Wow. I once (a couple decades ago) considered moving to St. Louis before choosing Nashville when I emigrated from California. I never even considered Baltimore or Detroit, of course.

Venezuela, Mexico and Brazil are the worst, though. It's interesting/disturbing that all but two of these "bottom 50" are in either North or South America.
