Here's the fix for this annoying issue if you've "upgraded" to Windows 11:
UPDATE: I have since reverted back to Windows 10. Just too many nagging annoyances about 11, mainly the delays/latency between clicking or hitting a key and its intended response. Overall, there were some improvements here and there -- making the control panel items more intuitive, for instance -- but they just moved things in the environment/interface around too much, for no good reason.
P.S.: Speaking of keys, you ever notice how the letter "o" and the number 0 are way too close to each other? I just hit the 0 instead of the "o" and didn't even notice until I proof-read this thing.
