Here are some numbers in Texas:As of September 19th we have had 16,025 deaths reported as covid.In 2019 there were 189,166 total deaths from all causes so if you take the weeks, we are 73% through the year on September 19th. In turn this would equate to 138,091 deaths. As of September 19th we have had 128,178 deaths from all causes. This is down 9,913 from last year. 2018 would have been an even larger gap as the report it being an unusually bad year for the flu."
