Is attacking someone in THEIR OWN home self defense?
Yes, if the attacker is the IDF (Israeli "defense" Force). This incredible misnomer known as the IDF attacks everyone around them and claims it's in defense of Israel.
If you want to test out this theory, break into the home of anyone in your neighborhood and if they put up the slightest amount of resistance, start shooting. Might as well rape them (as IDF soldiers admit to) while you're at it.
Then just tell the jury it was purely self-defense. I'm certain that will work for anyone.
