Getting a cold is your body detoxing. It's a good thing. But you have to intake the vitamins and minerals its lacking, of course.
I think i remember detoxing about a year ago for several days. Not a lot of toxins in me because we do a detox protocol every day that includes lemon water first, then celery juice, then my favorite drink which is a smoothie with a wonderful mixture of bananas, spirulina, blueberries and a couple more things I can't remember - so great.
But we all breathe air that's now all filled with the heavy metals and nano technology, thanks to our wonderful military running their operations to kill everyone. So that creates the necessity to detox every day. Not even mentioning all the toxic food in stores which is pretty hard to completely avoid. That's why I want to prioritize growing our own food. I'm working on composting way more this year.
