draw blood for antibody tests, while conducting a questionnaire.

undertake a vigorous campaign of test administration and contact

tracing, and they must be supported by computer systems networked with

Helen Buyinski tells Spiro that she actually signed up to take the

training course for the Covid Community Healthcare Corps " or what she

calls the 'Snitch Corps'. This will be staffed by some of the millions

of people who have just been put out of work, natch.

The Johns Hopkins course instructor is the very ditzy-sounding y

Gurley, PhD who informs students that Autonomy or the legal Right to

Self-Agency is to be curtailed within the context of contact tracing.

She says, 'People can make their own decisions but if they're not

isolating themselves or not quarantining themselves, that could harm

someone else. It does put other people at risk, so they do have some

limits on their autonomy or their ability to make their own decisions

within the context of contact tracing.'
