"Article I, Section 1, Clause 1 of the Constitution states: "All legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives."

In other words, NOT the president and his or her "executive orders" and "mandates." See the-supremacy-clause-tenth-amendment-v-mandates

Read, listen or watch the rest here: governor lifts mandate and SCOTUS rules against CA's religious discrimination.

UPDATE: Wyoming Governor Mark Gordon (R) announced on Monday that his state will end the mask mandate and reopen bars, restaurants, theaters and gyms to full capacity on March 16.

This comes after Texas, Mississippi and Arizona did the same. Nice trend.
