Feedback I sent to Luvo (now Performance Kitchen):

I love your frozen meals, but hate your packaging.

Your microwave cooking instructions basically say "look elsewhere on package." Why not put the instructions right there where it says "instructions?"

Opening the package afterward is painful, literally (because the steam almost always burns my hand) and figuratively (because it just doesn't open easily; people shouldn't be required to use a scissors as you suggest).

Finally, it takes an AWFULLY long time to cook a small amount of food. People behind me at work, waiting on the next available microwave, don't want to wait 7-8 minutes.
