This video describes how the USA uses non governmental organizations (NGOs) to carry out CIA type activities around the world, i.e. regime changes that are mostly for the economic benefit of the USA and further impoverish their victims. Masquerading as gifts, the good deeds often come with nefarious and secret deeds against the target country.
