Elizabeth, you can go to this site and apply to set up payments for what you owe in taxes: Online Payment Agreement ApplicationInternal Revenue Service (irs.gov) Do you have an ID.me account?  I can't set that up for you since they have you take a picture of yourself and upload it as part of the process.  If you don't already have an ID.me account, go to Create an ID.me account - ID.me and set one up.
