The adventure begins.
A quiet, unassuming young man and his devoted wife and kids set out for parts unknown, unless you count Missouri as known. Not knowing what tomorrow may bring, they laugh in the face of uncertainty.
Collectively, they raise their fists and shout, "Providence, what hast thou in store?!"
The people at the neighboring rest stop picnic table look upon them in wonder, mouths agape.
Unenlightened stares from others will not deter this family, though, as they make their way boldly eastward!
