See attached receipt. They charged me 15 cents for not having exact
change. Gave them a 20 for a 15.85 purchase, got 4 dollars back. The
checker said nothing, maybe didn't even know the machine had done that.
The local Home Depot has only 1 checkout line for cash, all the
self-checkout machines disallow it.
