First of all, it's a deception because AID is not what's happening. AID stands for Agency for International Development. It's a way to overthrow governments, propagandize all countries, and do many crazy and outrageous things. It's a gigantic slush fund operating like an independent branch of government.

Most of Congress is getting money funneled back to them which is why they are screaming now. There is real panic because they've been caught red handed in the cookie jar.
