Dehydrating Food FYI

I have to look into raisins and "craisins". We have both but I don't know how long they last.I read that tuna in a can gets mushy after a while.I've been trying to grow quionoa in the wild and just tried it in a planter at home. It's high in nutrition and essentially a weed so it grows in a lot of places (that farmers don't want it)
