Thirtieth Anniversary Of Moving To Nashville

Tomorrow, August 26, will be my 30th anniversary of having moved from Los Angeles to Nashville.

Above, is the woman anxiously awaiting my arrival in Nashville... not. At bottom-right is the condo I eventually moved into -- after staying with my brother and his wife a couple months, then an apartment on the west side of town, then one near Vanderbilt -- before getting married (another few years later) and moving again.

UPDATE: Below is a screenshot -- on Bing Maps, which I think usually creates a better-looking map (and seems to think it's a couple hours faster than Google -- of the route I took three decades ago.
