Following the mainstream media is what I call Weasel Worship.

For 4 years Trump made reasonable statements that were shown out of

contest and made fun of. If you ran the original, the statements were

reasonable. Trump was not a weasel. That's why he refused to play the

weasel game and parse his words. He always spoke like an actual person,

and that's why people liked him. The weasels tried to make him look

foolish. What is not understood, is that half the country likes weasels,

or even worships them, and will continue to do so forever.

the mainstream media spent 4 years PROVING to the country that they

are not trustworthy, that they are a fraud. Half the country liked

their lies, so they pretend they didn't notice. You have to be pretty

thick not to have noticed that the "We Hat Trump Media" is fake news

and there's no reason to start believing them now. This media now has

in the middle a"pandemic" that doesn't even affect most people, the

only thing that affects us is thegovernment response to the

"pandemic." If you trade freedom for security, you deserve neither.

And if you trade freedom for pretend security, you're even lower on

the  fool scale.

Testing "positive" for covid these days usually means it was

either a false positive or you have (or recently had) the flu or

common cold. A mask might be appropriate if you're performing

surgery or are /actively/ sneezing, coughing /and/ infected but,
