The "God" aspect is there for two reasons. It is to cater to the religious market. It is also to point out that when God created it all, with humans, it wan't meant to be a hell hole that some people are trying to make it= with the= New World Order/Agenda 2030/Build Back Better/Great Reset and remind people that if they're not "happy" it's maybe because they can find it if they look harder and don't look to physical things for it.

My children, grandchildren, horses, creative projects, and adventures are where my happiness comes from. When I challenge myself and actually accomplish what I was trying to do brings me happiness.=

The saddest year for me was 2001. My granddaughter Harmony Rain was born and died and 5 months later John ( the love of my life ) died in the state of Virginia away from me.=

After Shayden was born it felt a new opportunity for happiness was growing inside of me. It was hard work but happiness comes easily to me now. Simple things bring me pleasure but happiness comes with DOING not just sitting back watching.=

I don't think about my childhood much. I mostly tried to escape the craziness of it. I was happy when we went on vacation. The last vacation we had with Mommy in San Diego was a good one.=

I don't feel GOD in a church but outside. We do church on a trail ride. Meditation is hard. My mind wanders but brushing horses calms my mind. Tractoring the arena and making arena circles calms my mind.=

I mostly go for being satisfied because happiness is hard to hang onto. I used to think I was a happy person in general but in my wisdom I realize I am a satisfied person.=

I just wrote the intro to the book:

Was the Garden of Eden paradise? What made it paradise? Did God want humans to be happy? I think so.

I got notion to write about what makes people happy. People vary quite a lot and from what I've seen, they do lots of things to become happy. This book is to explore that and just maybe somebody reading it will see how they can either become happy or at least stop being unhappy.

How much do people make you happy? (What do they do to make you happy, does just talking with them make you happy, or just being near them make you happy?)=

Does religion make you happy? Why? How? (Does it need to be further with a 'relationship with God'?)=
