"As of 19 March 2020, Germany has reported 15,155 cases and 44 deaths, for a case fatality rate of approximately 0.3%."
Since when does 0.3 percent fatality rate warrant calling something an epidemic, let alone a pandemic?
UPDATE: This (arcgis.com) shows that it is 4% worldwide, with Italy, China and Iran being the worst hit. Scary, but there is still no need for panic.
UPDATE: See this.
