Turmeric, Cinnamon & Ginger Tea (in life / health / food ) by Bill — 2019-02-04

  • Serves: 1 cup

    Ingredients

  • 1 tsp grated fresh turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp grated fresh ginger
  • 1 tick cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/2 slice of lemon
  • 1-1/2 cups water

    Instructions

  • Place turmeric, ginger, cinnamon in a sauce pan. Add water and bring to a boil.
  • Simmer on low for 30 minutes.
  • Strain tea and discard ingredients.
  • Add lemon juice and half slice of lemon.
